Artstreet Weekend

image image imageArtstreet starts tomorrow, wow, where has the summer gone?!  Downtown Green Bay will be taken over by all things art – visual art, music, performance art, kids art, and the art of food. One of the largest non-football events in the area. I will be exhibiting for the second year in a row, something I haven’t done in a very long time. Thinking back it has been 21 or 22 years since I first showed my glass at Artstreet and it feels good to be back after a 10+ year break. This year I juried as “Mixed Media” to cover all of the different things I have been doing.  So I will be bringing glass and photos of the glass printed on paper, metal and fabric. The photos show my display from a few weeks ago at the John Michael Kohler Arts Center Misummer Festival of the Arts.

The day will start early with a trip downtown for an interview on Good Day Wisconsin – Fox 11 News, Green Bay. I should be on at 7:15 am – way too early for me usually, but what can you do?  The art fair runs from 4-8, so it will be a long day. If you are in the Northeastern WI region make sure to check it out. All of the details can be found at http://www.mosaicartsinc.org. I’m in booth 32 if you do come looking for me.

Mosaicartsinc.org for all the details.  Hours are Friday 4-8, Saturday 10-8 (that’s a long day!) and Sunday 10-4
